Have Another Cherry

An expense-sharing app for couples, roommates and families who keep their own accounts. Set a fair split once and every expense follows it. Olivia built it because the apps she tried assumed everyone earns the same.

What was set up

Everything a paid consumer app needs to exist.

This was the first full launch under Situated Strategies, and the one where most of the concierge checklist was written.

  • The marketing site at haveanothercherry.com: features, pricing, an income split calculator, a blog, support, privacy and terms.
  • The web app at app.haveanothercherry.com, with accounts, households and a free tier that needs no card.
  • The iPhone app on the App Store and the Android app on Google Play, both live since September 2026.
  • Subscription billing for the paid tier, monthly, yearly and lifetime.
  • Domain, DNS and email on the domain, including the support inbox.
  • Analytics and ad conversion tracking behind a real consent banner.
  • Structured data, sitemap, feeds and plain-text pages so search engines and AI assistants describe it accurately.

What it taught

App store review is a conversation.

Have Another Cherry went from a web app to two app stores in its first year, and the gap between "it works" and "it's listed" is where most founders lose weeks. Privacy labels, screenshots at the right sizes, a support URL that actually answers, a subscription set up the way each store expects. None of it is hard. All of it is unfamiliar the first time, and the second time it's a checklist.

It also taught the ratio that now shapes every roadmap: the free tier had to be complete enough to be useful on its own, and the paid tier had to add understanding rather than remove limits. Deciding that before building saved months.

Facts about the product, its pricing and its features live on haveanothercherry.com, which is the source of truth if anything here drifts.
