Work

Built, launched, and still running.

Six products shipped under Situated Strategies LLC, each one set up by Olivia herself: domain, email, site, app store, payments, support. This is the portfolio. It's also the proof that the concierge service does what it says, because she has done every step for her own businesses first.

Have Another Cherry

Live on web, iPhone and Android

Expense sharing for people who keep their own accounts.

Marketing site, web app, two app stores, subscription billing, support inbox, privacy and terms, analytics with consent. The first full launch, and the one most of the method was learned on.

What it took
The Touchward app icon, a glowing blue ring on a dark ground

Touchward

Live on iPhone and Android

A tap reward app that buzzes back.

Site, iPhone and Android apps, one unlock, support and privacy pages, public source code under the MIT License. The small one, on purpose.

What it took
The Making Moves 3 day kit laid out: palm leaf plates, bowls, and paper-wrapped utensils

Making Moves

Shipping from Albany

Moving-kit dinnerware, sold direct.

A shop with Stripe checkout, shipping and returns policy, product listings and photography, conversion tracking, and a real supply chain behind it.

What it took
The Codaptable app icon, a red thread tied in a loose knot

Codaptable

Live on the web

Practice the conversation before you have it.

A web app with two AI characters, one who plays the person you find hardest to talk to and one who coaches your reply, with a marketing site, sign-in, subscriptions, a support inbox and a sourced knowledge base behind every move. Practice, not therapy.

What it took
The Oldie app icon, a sleeping galgo at sunset

Oldie

In development

A care tracker for senior dogs.

The site, the care guides, the brand and the pricing plan are live. The app is in development for iPhone and Android. The best example of a roadmap done first.

What it took
The Cartographer icon

Cartographer

Open source, MIT

The story of how a project got built.

A developer tool with a site, install scripts for three operating systems, documentation and a public repository. Proof that launching software is not only for consumer apps.

What it took

Now & Then

Coming soon

A reminder app.

The next one out of the workshop. What was set up, and the link, will appear here when it launches.

Your turn

The next one on this page could be yours.

Every launch above started as a conversation about what the thing actually needed. Yours can start the same way.
